I took my daughter to Elan to have her ears pierced. We had a bit of a nervous wobble which the staff handled really well - I was very impressed with their manner and professionalism. Additionally, Amy the technician, was really thorough in getting the earrings in the perfect position, I would highly recommend her and Elan.

I had hair removal lasering done at Elan with the best lasering machine on the market, does not hurt like other machines and I am very pleased to say that my therapist Amy put me at ease from day one of my treatment. She is really friendlly and professional and any fears I had were completely gone.

I totally recommend this place to anyone that wants hair removal lasering , well done guys and thanks to Amy , she is definitely an asset to your clinic.

“I definitely feel that my treatment was of good value! They are extremely efficient. The therapist, Sue Ibrahim, was very pleasant. An extremely professional and friendly person who gave outstanding service and advice. outstanding service and advice. The price that I was quoted prior to the booking was the exact amount that I was charged and paid for and there were NO HIDDEN COSTS. This was real value for money and I was VERY HAPPY with the service. I went in for a consultation and was given advise regarding mole. I was fairly advised that it was not harmful and therefore chose to just leave the mole as is. I will definitely go back to the Elan Medical Skin Clinic and also recommend everyone else to go and give these guys a shot.

I chose the Elan Medical Skin Clinic in London as they are in a good location. They offer good, competitive price ranges for treatments and after having done a lot of research, I found that they have a lot of good reviews. I must applaud and give credit to the AMAZING STAFF. They are extremely nice and professional. They go out of their way to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible. This of course, is a GREAT PLUS. The clinic itself is very nice, small and cosy. I cannot believe what Sue Ibrahim at Elan has done for me! I have always been prone to strong frown lines due to over -hanging brow bones & very strong forehead muscles. I was born frowning!! It got to the point where I have been taking Citalopram for 4 years (an anti-depressant prescribed my GP) to alleviate the awful feeling of the front of my head constantly pressing & pulling down. Sick of looking angry I decided to do something, Sue suggested a combination of fillers to combat the lines & mild Botox to relax the muscles. Much less painful than my many previous experiences of fillers & Botox as she used canulas instead of many individual injections. Only two days later, before the Botox really has even had time to kick in, so many people have noticed the difference. Even my Mum who is usually so against this sort of cosmetic stuff says it is £400 well spent & I should continue to do it every 6 months, she could not believe how much better I look! And I feel so much better with those horrid muscles stopped from pulling my forehead down - I know I am an extreme case of this. Sue, my biggest thank you is that all my life my left eyebrow has been higher than my right. I didn’t ask you to correct this & you didn’t mention that you were going to do it, only that my eyebrows would be lifted. But due to your skill with the injections, for the first time in my life my eyebrows are level!! I can’t believe it & I can’t thank you enough! Today I got my hair cut shorter because now I have the confidence to stop hiding behind it. I am now starting to gradually reduce my Citalopram in the hope I will be able to come off it all together. Sue is a miracle worker! I had pretty bad skin damage and mild acne 6 months ago and the difference to my skin now is amazing! Sue takes time to educate you on causes of acne/damage, how the skin works, takes a thorough look and recommends the best way to treat the problem. I never found her pushy instead I found that she cares for her patients, gets an understanding of their lifestyle and accommodates treatment around that so that it is easiest & best to implement. The amount of people who comment on how great my skin is now really gives me that confidence boost compared to when I used to try and hide my face! Would fully recommend.
