“I’m very happy with the overall improvement, I wish I’d come years ago”
Rosacea is a poorly understood long-term facial skin condition that can affect one in 10 men and women of all ages and often causes emotional distress. As well as facial flushing and redness, rosacea can lead to a burning and stinging sensation, permanent redness, spots and small blood vessels in the skin may become visible. In severe cases, the skin, usually on and around the nose, can thicken and enlarge.
While there is no cure for rosacea, with the right treatment, the episodes of facial flushing can be minimised. Our award-winning nurse consultant, Sue Ibrahim, has more than 30 years’ experience in dermatology, making her the ideal choice for people with rosacea. She is an expert in skin conditions and her friendly and professional manner will instantly put you at ease.
